This 1+1 apartment is perfect for a small family, couple's getaway or business trip. Nestled in the historical Coconut district, not only are you within a mile of downtown Sarasota, but central to the airport, nightlife, awesome food experiences, beaches, museum and more! Hop on the free Bay Runner Trolly in downtown (7 days a week 8am-midnight) and ride to St. Armands and Lido Key beaches! You can also rent electric scooters and bikes to get around.

This one bedroom has just been fully renovated and has brand-new everything! It is one of 6 units that share a peaceful and serene courtyard. Perfect for working from, enjoying an outdoor meal, sitting around the fire pit, lounging in the sun or mingling with other guests. Coconut Place has a kitchenette perfect to prepare light meals. There is small a desk to work from. The Queen bed boasts a Sealy pillow top mattress and quality linens. The room is tastefully decorated and has a spacious layout. The shower has a luxury rainfall shower head. If needed, for an extra guest, we can provide a cot, upon request ($25 fee applied).

Guests are able to access their unit, the shared courtyard, trash bins and laundry facility.

Please note, that we require a $300 pet deposit and government issued IDs for each guest upon booking.
